Dreams

Dreams make life come through.

I have a dream said Martin Luther King.

What do we dream about these days?

Is it about a new house? What size should it be?

Could it be more money?

There are so many dreams we have to share.

It starts with a thought. Then we create dreams of the thoughts. We will attaché feelings to it. The more we dream the more we attract it in our heads. Finally we make it real.

A thought, a dream and then it materialize it.

Sound so easy.

Focus on the feelings. The more feelings we attaché to it the more we want it.

It does not have to be a material thing.

We have wishes like peace on earth, no poverty.

Richness to the people. Maybe no more illness.

I have a dream….

What do you dream of? What did your parents dream of?

Are there the same dreams?

What if we did not have any dreams?

Can we function without them?

I do not think so.

I love to dream. Lots of them. Day and night times.

Remember in school. We looked out the window when a subject was too boring.

Then the dream sat in…..

In my school we had dream stealers.

They were even in my family and in the surroundings
off friends. Amazing they seems to be everywhere.

Who helps them to achieve what they want?

Maybe, a scary thought they do not want anything else in life?

It could be something in it.

I know for me that the dreams keep my mind going.

Especially during the night times.

Wow, are they crazy then. Wild stuff.

It is like I have several lives going on at the same time.

Maybe that's true…

Well it's getting late here in Sweden.

I'll better go to bed.

See you in my dreams folks, see you around.

Have fun and sleep well.

Increase Creativity A-Z- D Is For Disappointment- How To Bounce Back From Creative Disappointments

A major factor in how creative you are over a long period of time is not related to how much raw creative talent you have.

It's also not about what it is you create, or how, why and where you create it.

One of the key elements that decide how consistently you create is actually your attitude and approach to dealing with disappointment.

No-one likes to be disappointed or let down.

But it will happen to all of us, more than once in our creative lives. And when it does we can let it set us back, or use it to move forward. And you know which of those is the better option to take.

So, here's a 3 step plan to help you bounce back from those disappointments and use them to increase your creativity to new levels:

1. Accept that there will be disappointments. It's a part of life. Your book didn't get accepted for publishing. Your new songs didn't get the response you were hoping for. If you expect everything to go perfectly smoothly all the time, it's just not going to happen.

If you give your best effort each time you create, that's all you can do. The rest is out of your hands. You can't influence everything that happens to you. But you CAN control how you react to disappointment. Which takes us on to:

2. See disappointment as a tool for learning. When you're disappointed in the outcome of something, ask yourself what it was that really made you feel that way.

Ask also if your expectations were realistic beforehand. However you answer these challenging questions, be open and honest with yourself. Then ask what you can learn from the experience to get better results next time.

3. Move on, don't dwell on it. After a disappointment in your creative work, the worst thing you can do – and something that's all too easy TO do – is give up.

This was just one occasion where it didn't turn out as you expected. How are you going to take the lessons learned, and your greater level of experience forward to your next creative project?

This simple 3 step plan will help you to bounce back from the inevitable disappointments you'll experience now and again in your creative life, and actually increase your creativity as you move forward.

Avoid Mistakes - Learn How to Re-Paint a Room

Painting can produce a dramatic change to the look and feel of a room. Many homes are given boring white or natural tones with the hopes of increasing the resale value, but seriously, who likes plain old white walls? Add some color and personality to your room, but before you jump, you have to learn how to paint a room.

Here is a list of some of the supplies you'll need:

* Flat brush

* Small angled Brush

* Roller & rolling Tray

* Painter's tape to prevent mistakes

* Extensions for your roller to reach high places

* Drop cloths or tarps to cover floor and furniture

* Spackle to fill cracks and wall damage

* Putty knife

* Sandpaper

Consult your local paint store for the type of paint that will be right for your job. Be sure to take the room measurements before you go, so you'll know how much paint you'll need. Once you've picked your color and purchased your paint, you're ready to get started.

Here's what to do next:

* Remove the furniture from the room or at least move it to the middle of the room and cover it completely to protect it from paint splatter.

* Remove all objects, include outlet and switch covers, from the wall.

* Cover the floor with the drop cloths or tarps.

* Wash the walls thoroughly and make sure to remove all soap.

* Use the sandpaper to remove lose paint.

* Patch holes, cracks and other damage with the spackle using the putty knife.

* Once putty is dried, sand again to smooth out completely.

* Use painter's tape at the ceiling, around windows, etc. to ensure paint only goes where you want it.

* Apply paint with flat brush in the corners and close to the ceiling.

* Very quickly after, add paint to the roller pan and start painting the rest of the wall.

* Repeat the process for another coat or two.

Tips to keep in mind:

* Make sure you have proper ventilation in the room

* Don't put too much paint in the rolling pan or it will dry out.

* Try to get as close to the corners as you can with your roller to make a smooth finish.

* Spend extra time filling holes and sanding. The end result will be worth it.

* Keep a rag handy for spills.

Painting is fairly simple process, but it does take some time and patience. Follow the steps above to successful repainting of your room.
